HAGA 1-8 is a unique gymnastic grading system developed by Herts AGA representing the level or grade at which a junior or intermediate gymnast is currently working or training. Similarly, L7, 6 or L5 refers to the County Level of attainment for higher standard gymnastics. See Glossary

Recreational Classes are held on a weekly basis at  The Furzefield Centre on Monday evenings. These classes improve physical strength, flexibility and skill whilst having fun!

Squad Training Classes are held at Chancellors School. These classes are for gymnasts who show signs of talent or want to extend their training within the sport, to progress to development and then competition stages. The gymnasts in these classes often take part in County competitions, Grades and sometimes regionally. Admission to these classes is by invitation or trial only.
